Are you ready to foster or adopt?

Grafted in Grace is a ministry at Grace Chapel that desires to equip, support and encourage
families to love and care for vulnerable children while sharing the hope found in Jesus Christ.

We are here to help you on this journey!

Are you in need of support as an adoptive or foster family?  Please feel free to email us so we can connect with you.  Also, below are some resources that may be helpful.

We know that the last couple of months have held an unprecedented amount of stress and pressure as we have all adjusted to dealing with the ramifications of the coronavirus. With the changes in jobs, school and stay at home orders, we understand the potential difficulty to be even greater for children with a trauma background and therefore their families.

If you are an adoptive family, foster family, refugee foster family, safe family, or a legal guardian for a child or children, we would love to support you through this time by providing a meal.   All you need to do is fill out the form at the link below.  (You will need to fill out the form EACH WEEK that you would like a meal.)  The deadline for sign up will be the Monday prior by 5 PM.  Please arrive sometime between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm on Wednesday, drive up to the front of our church, stay in your vehicle and we will deliver the meal into your car for you.  We hope just having one night off from making dinner will be a blessing to you and your family!

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Are you considering a way to care for vulnerable children? Check out
these resources in West Michigan:

Local Adoption

Michigan Adoption Resource Exchange (M.A.R.E.) – view children waiting for
adoption in Michigan.

International Adoption

Children around the world—living without a family or with emotional, physical, or cognitive challenges—deserve a loving home. When we're unable to find an adoptive family to adopt a child in their country of origin, we invite families like yours to adopt them.

Infant Adoption

Adoption has changed. Today, most adoptions have some level of openness or ongoing contact between the adoptive and birth families. So we work to help both parties build a healthy relationship centered on the child’s best interest.
